1. Return Policy We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• The item must be in its original, unused condition.

• The item must be in the original packaging with all accessories (including flavor pods) included.

• For sealed flavor pods, if the safety seal has been broken, the item is non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

2. How to Initiate a Return Please contact us at phanphuongtrinh665@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our customer support team will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address within 48 hours.

3. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. The refund will typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days. Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Missing Items If your product arrives damaged or if there are missing parts, please contact us at the email address provided above within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a resolution as quickly as possible.
